Requirements
The Guardian Vet Group is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join our dynamic ER and GP teams. You’ll be at the forefront of patient care, diagnostics, and client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Surgical Procedures: Perform routine and advanced surgeries. (Need support? Mentorship available for any procedure you’re not yet comfortable with.)
Diagnostics & Treatment: Interpret labs, imaging, and scope findings; develop and implement treatment plans for a variety of cases.
Emergency Medicine: Triage, stabilize, and manage critical patients in our fully equipped ER.
Client Communication: Educate and counsel pet owners on diagnoses, treatment options, preventive care, and postop instructions.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside nurses, technicians, and specialists to deliver cohesive, highquality care.
Qualifications:
DVM or VMD degree, Maryland license (or ability to obtain).
Commitment to upholding our zerotolerance policy for abusive language.
