Description

The Manager, Trauma Program oversees trauma program personnel and works closely with the Trauma Medical Director to manage and develop the Children’s Hospital Colorado (CHCO) Trauma Program. This role provides site-specific leadership and system-level coordination to support program goals and ensure high-quality trauma care. The manager collaborates with trauma program leaders and the trauma registry manager to advance initiatives, maintain regulatory compliance, and improve trauma system performance. In partnership with the site-specific Trauma Medical Director, the manager ensures the program meets verification and designation requirements set by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment and the American College of Surgeons, as applicable.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Experience: Five (5) years of clinical experience in a pediatric setting, including direct care of trauma patients
