Under the direction of the Regional Medical Director, the System Chair serves in a strategic leadership role. The System Chair will collaborate with senior leadership at a system and campus level to lead Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers to deliver quality care in a patient focused environment.
The Gastroenterology Service Line will be the latest service line to develop, joining a group of 15+ other specialties in service line function. Gastroenterology and Endoscopy are strategic foci for Ochsner Health and a place of significant patient demand. As a system department, the GI team delivers comprehensive care across Louisiana and Mississippi, with three academic medical centers and a quaternary referral center in New Orleans.
