Description
Harbor Health Services Inc. is seeking a Site Medical Director at our Daniel Driscoll Neponset Community Health Center as well as our Plymouth, MA location.
The Site Medical Director will provide leadership to the clinical staff as well as maintain a clinical practice of 24 hours weekly. Harbor Health has recently expanded our site space in Plymouth to increase our primary care access in the communities we serve, including a new Retail Pharmacy!
Duties include:
- Recruiting, supervising, and evaluating all primary care providers and specialists.
- Process improvement focused on clinical care, patient access, staffing, utilization management, and patient scheduling.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality improvement and compliance efforts, budgeting, and strategic planning.

- Patient/Administrative Schedule: 24 Clinical hours, 16 Administrative hours.

Requirements
Requirements:
- Current MA MD/DO License, Family Physician highly desired, Board Certified
- 5 years of primary care experience required with experience (community health setting preferred)
- Experience in administration, supervision and management of clinical staff including budgeting required
